Training Courses - Terms and Conditions

We operate small focused courses with a maximum number of eight people and endeavour to keep pricing at a reasonable level. To maintain this we need to have some terms of business for the courses:

• Prices quoted exclude GST.
• A booking for all GRAPHISOFT New Zealand training courses will not be confirmed until a trainee has committed to attend on the scheduled course date and payment in full for the course is received 2 weeks prior to this date
• Once you have a confirmed booking if this booking is cancelled or rescheduled there will be a $140.00 + GST cancellation fee charged.  This fee must be paid in full prior to attending any future training and applies to anyone scheduled to attend the course.
• If there is a cancellation altogether a refund will be supplied less the cancellation fee.
